I was given a fake coin at the cashier and requested a proper one, supervisor came and did not acknowledge or greet my husband and I, but complained about a headache! She then told us that the coin is not fake and when I explained that we had problems in the past receiving fake money and how other stores refuse to accept it she became very aggressive and rude towards us, we told her that we are the customers and that we should always be given the benefit of the doubt and asked her if she could prove the coin was real by testing it, she continued acting rude and raising her voice and being decent people we decided to just leave! Utterly disgusting behavior from a store which we visit every second day! Don't be surprised if valued customers are scared off by this ladys horrid and unprofessional behavior! Will never shop here again and would rather go to pick n pay! You have lost a valued customer and guaranteed you will lose more with this pathetic attitude! We don't expect such an unpleasant incident during Christmas time and especially on a holiday! If someone is fed up with their job they should leave, please employ people who can act professionally and treat customers with dignity!
