Lack of quality and service

No confidence on woolworths quality after the following recent occurrences; On the 2nd Oct. I purchased a solid espadrille shoe for my husband after one wear the shoe yarn was loose after returning to swop this at the waterfront woolworths branch in the 6th they promptly exchanged the shoe for another. This one loosened worse than the first pair. I too the shoe back to the Adderley street woolworths on the 15th the cashier seemed embarrassed at my explanation and seeing my slip no senior manager seemed to be informed maybe this is a regular occurrence with certain products. In November this year I purchased my fourth woollies shipping bag it snapped after 1 use. Upon mentioning this to a cashier she politely called the manager as I am a regular customer and I was allowed to return the bag for a new one without a slip. December 21st the afternoon I purchased a twin pack of whole chicken with giblets, upon opening up the chicken for use on Monday I noticed A very bad smell i returned the chicken to its package and returned it the next morning seems like they're marking down old food. A manager in that section was meant to call me never did.
