No help via telephone

Phoned woolworths cavendish, tried to find out if a specific product was stil in store, they answered & put me through to ladies wear, i asked them if they can assist with swimwear thwy then put me through to langire, they couldnt assist so they were going to transfer me to ladies wear instead transfered me to the food market, thw guy there then put me through to ladies wear again where i waited for 4-5 mins for someone to answer the phone when someone finally did, they first had there conversation before they greeted, when they greeted i did too they then just slammed the phone down in my ear in total they wasted 8 mins of my time & i didnt get what i phoned fo
