I walk into the Gezina Branch in Pretoria and went to ladies department and asked for help looking for a specific item with one of the sales ladies she turned around and said straight to my face and said sorry I cannot help you I don't work in this department and there is nobody to help you as we are under staffed sorry about that. I went to the manager and she said the same thing and did not even try and help. Woolworths accounts department is never under staffed when it comes to clients not paying they will contact you every day asking for there money. This is unacceptable.
