Having closed my Truworths account, requested that Truworths refrains from harrassing me with respect to a) the closed account and b) unwanted marketing material IN ANY FORM and being given assurance IN WRITING by the office of Mr Beukes, Credit Executive, I continue to receive unsolicited marketing material!
This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
