I have sold 2 items through Kalahari Marketplace, once an item is sold you need to update the itme by posting it and then updating teh status on their website to "shipped'. The website however is not working and will not allow the status to be updated, fialing to update the status means you don't get paid. I have sent numerous emails to Kalahari support about this and I have also phoned the call centre, my first order I was assisted and the call centre assistant updated the order for me, today I called about my second order and I got a girl with a bad attitiude who was clearly unwilling to assist me. Kalahari simply ignore emails, she told me I need to email! Annoyed, I will not use Kalahari Marketplace again after this.
