Broken Watch & delay to get docet from Branch

I purchased a mens tempo watch on the 30 Nov @ Cpt Airport branch as a gift. I am currently in Durban on holiday and the watch strap broke. I went to the Gateway branch on the 26th dec and spoke to Cristine. I was then informed firstly that i must go to a watch shop and get a new pin put in. I declined as the watch is still within the 30 day return period. I unfortunately did not have the slip with me due to me being on holiday and will only be returning back to CPT after the 30 day's is over. Cristine then phoned the CPT branch for the docet and was told that there is only 1 person in store so they cant look for it. On the 27th Cristine phoned to say that she phoned customer services and they only provided her with the last few digits of the stock code so she still cant check to see which other branch has a new replacement. On the 28th i phoned the CPT branch myself and spoke to Bianca who was not very helpful and she said she would send the docet to the gateway branch. 30 mins later no docet was sent and she went home. This morning i phoned the CPT branch again and spoke to Siya who said i must phone back at 2pm when Bianca gets in. This service is totally unacceptable!!
