My Police watch was sent in for repairs at the Woodlands Mall on 13 November and the indicated return date was 20 December 2013. On 19 December I visited the store to find out if my watch would be ready on the 20th as indicated on my repair slip. One of the ladies phoned the repair / service centre where someone confirmed that it has been sent and that it would be at the Woodlands branch on the 20th. It has still not arrived on the 23rd and as far as I am concerned my watch has gone missing as no one can give me an indication of the whereabouts of it.
One of the ladies at the woodlands branch phoned me on the 23rd to confirm that they have received their usual parcel from the repairs centre and that my watch was not included in the parcel.
It is of no use phoning the head office number to register a complaint, I listened to music and marketing messages for 20 minutes and no one bothered to take my call.
