On the 28Nov I ordered 2 Gobii tablets.
I received them on the 3rd of December. The one was faulty (SD Card not working)
I sent them an email that same day, on the 5th of December I contacted them by phone. the lady said I should request a refund as this would be a lot faster.
Since them I have Phoned about 6 times. I was even on hold for 20min. Every time They promise to contact me to let me know what's happening. I have written a letter hoping this will work. The only reply I get is the automated email.
How long should I wait?
I'm shocked to see the amount of complaints about [URL Removed] Hopefully there is something being done about the level of service or is this what we should expect from large South-African company's?
