On 27th December 2013 shopping at Rivonia Woolworths I was overcharged on at least one item.
The till slip timed at 09:03 is 048900700027002859 where I was overcharged for 900G Cheddar cheese labelled save R15, 00 R64, 95 but was charged R79, 95.
Now the R15, 00 is no big deal but I have now spent more than half an hour trying to speak to a person at either 0860022002 and again at 0112312100. In the one case I am left to to hang on for ages and in the other cannot get past the computer answering machine and when I did was given the standard story that "due to the numbers of calls...".
