Purchased a television set less than six months ago and it went dead call on me on the 5th of December. Well I reported the matter on the 07th at the store as was advised by HeadOffice, and a lady at the store told me to bring the set myself at the store as they dont have technicians, told them that will be impossible hence why a delivery fee was paid.

Reported the matter now at head office again and was told they had no vehicles to fetch small items like the set i had bought from them, bear in mynd also that i am covered by insurance.

So now there's two reasons why they cant assist me. I have forwarded this matter to my Attorneys already and if this is not sorted out the right way, then I would have no choice but to let them go ahead with the services THEY HAVE TO OFFER for what I PAY THEM FOR.

NB: After all this drama and ill treatment i have recieved, I am requesting a new T.V set from the Group
