My husband bought me a digital photo frame for Christmas. It was faulty so i returned it and it was exchanged. I got home only to find that the new unit is also faulty. I took it back and Marco went through 3 more units before suggesti g that i get a refund. I was there for 2 hours and instead of leaving there irritated i left in a good mood thanks to his friendliness and understanding. Keep up the good work Marco
