The weekend of the 20/12/2013 i bought a packet of pork loin chops. Later the evening when preparing met for braai I noticed the loin chops fillet was re moved thus making it a rib chop. The next morning I went to talk to butcher at branch. He told me that a pork loin chop can not become a rib chop. i then went to speak to manager which indicated to me they get meat from other supplier. I replied that your block man should know the differences. This morning I went there to buy my self so meat again and upon my surprise i found that they still have the same meat with incorrect labelling. Is it there block man that is unqualified or is it the management that is misleading people?
