Kindly assist urgently with the below query.
I have bought airtime on the 23rd and 24th of December 2013 however I have not received any of the vouchers.
I have tried to follow the normal process by the calling the call centre but I have just realized that I cannot spend an amount that equivalent to the airtime that I have bought to resolve my query. I have been on the phone for more than 30 minutes to speak to a consultant.
Transaction dates 23rd and 24th :
23/12 (R60 X2) and (R15 X1)
24/12 (R15 X1)
