We had a technical problem with our Wharfedale tv at our holiday home & Joshua was the ONLY person who could help. We phoned loads of TV specialist, logged queries on the internet, but Johua from the technical support help desk was the only one who could help. He deserves all the praise as we were about to go and by a new TV
