Bad Customer Service Instore

I went in to purchase a Natural Instinct Horizan 5 Tent. I did need some other items and was planning to ask staff advice. I proceeded to ask a staff member to help with tent as this is a large object. The staff member took me up to the tent said "Here you go they will help you fill in paperwork downstairs". I then proceed to downstairs to pick up the other items. Shortly after arriving downstairs a staff memeber confronts me asking If a staff member helped me and if they explained the warrenty. I respond with a negitave and that i was told that someone would help at checkout. I am once again left alone after being told that the prior staff member should have done these things. Soon i realise that i have too many items and need a trolly. I fetch one and contiue to look for some of last items required. the first staff memeber then approches and rushes off the warrenty forms. I left feeling rather like the staff did not really want me there in first place. I would have appreciated some time spent with products not related to tent and some help regarding moving the objects around the store as ails are narrow. Mostly left with a sour taste and almost left without items.
