I usually do my shopping at Checkers Bryanston shopping centre because it's conveniently located. Last week I had an unpleasant experience regarding meat. First of all the quality of meat and the presentation is disgusting (you should take a look). In short I found expired meat and went to speak to the manager regarding the issue. He was apologetic but this is actually the third time I've complained about expired meat to the manager. It's very annoying getting to the till point to find expired meat.
To make matters worse, when I arrived home I found a bug in the pre-washed salad that I had bought. I have the pic and I'm happy to send it through. I did take the salad back and the manager exchanged it for me but the point is the quality is substandard. All I hear on the radio is how the quality of checkers in amazing etc but this store really is terrible. There appears to be little or no quality assurance.
Perhaps it's time I start shopping at your competitors located either up or down the road.
