On Tuesday 24/12/13 I went there to exchange a moisturizer as there was no pipe to pump inside and two guys assisted me only to discover that it's how they are made and the other guy took the other one back to the shelf and I forgotten the other one on the counter only to discover at night when I wanna use it and the 25 was a holiday so on the 26/12/13 morning I went there to check as I am going away for holidays and I do need it. The other lady listen to me and called the manager on duty by the name of Kykie as per her name tag I explained my problem and she said she can't b able to help as I don't know who assisted me and I try remembering the name of the guys nd the other lady assisted me in remembering the guys names as I couldn't remember them then Kykie said there's nothing she can do as they are not inn I have to wait until they are back. I asked her to check on the cameras she said its not as easy as I think and I asked then what if they say they don't know she said that guy is a manager he will see what he do. I told her I need the Moisturiser and I have to beg her to call them at least I finally have to spend another R335.00. Seriously isn't she working for clicks?
