Pathetic Service no response

I made full payment a week ago and my bed still hasn't been delivered.
I am very unhappy with your service as I contacted Shakira on the 18th to confirm my payment because I hadn't heard anything from your offices.
She then confirmed my bed would be delivered today 24th December 2013, which I confirmed again on the 23rd December 2013.
I have had someone waiting for this delivery all day as I am at work and called to confirm delivery AGAIN this morning.
I spoke to Marshall and he said he would get back to me to advise what time delivery can be expected, when I tried calling back there was no answer.
I then had to contact Shakira on her cell to find out what was delaying, she confirmed she booked my bed for delivery today 24th December 2013 and still I haven't received anything
