I'm moving my vehicle financial house from Wesbank to Nedbank and they have requested me to provide them with a set of documents which one of the documents is a letter from my Insurance confirming that my vehicle is insured. For the past three days I have been trying to get a revised letter from WFS to confirm that my Vehicle is insured with them. A have placed read receipts on my mail that I have send to them and all my mail has been read but no one bothers to get back to me and their land line you have to wait for ages to get through to a consultant
