A mistake occurred when I insured the 2008 vehicle over the phone, the Absa Broker insured the vehicle as a 1998 model, no one realized the mistake until the vehicle was, not even Wesbank that financed the vehicle for approximately R90 000.00. Now the final offer for settlement is only R 56000.00, the retail value of the vehicle is R92000.00. So We still owe Wesbank approximately R 20 000.00
