I purchased a lounge suite on the 19 dec 2013 received an sms confirmation that it will be delivered in the afternoon 21st dec. No delivery took place until I called boksburg headoffice/call center and was told by the agent that the truck had a wrong suite en it had to be returned. The gentlemen could not confirm my delivery date nor can he find out for me from the warehouse my delivery date cause only the warehouse can confirm delivery by sms.if u forsee the problem in delivering u call ur customer en let them know. U dnt leave leave them waiting for you the whole afternoon en wait for them to call you for you to explain. Should I have used a different shop am sure ill be seating on my couches. Worst service ever. Not using them again.
