I bought luca 3 piece lounge suite at Geen & Richards on 6th October 2013 and I was served by a consultant named Kelly. I could not pay on the date of purchase because they told me that they have closed the system already then I paid the next two days in Springs. I was promised that the lounge suite will be done within five days after payment, I WAS THEN RUSHED TO PAY but until today I have not received it. I was later advised to send my bank statement to geen and Richards and later learned it was meant for cansellation of my purchase as the consultant told me that only credit customers are served fast in their store and further said I must take my money back as he promised to order for me directly from the supplier. I refused to sign cansellation form and then promised by store manager that my delivery will be done on 15/11/13 date passed complained with ref197928 and now they telling me delivery will be next year but they initially rushed me to pay and promised delivery within 5 days. Please help me get my furnisher delivered
