I brought a bow tie at your shop last week Friday. didnt open it or wear, I asked my sister to take it back for me for me as i wanted a refund because i wasnt going to wear it. the cashier in the shop didnt say anything about refunds and your invoice doesn't state anything about refund policies.
the cashier said all she can do is give a voucher which lasts 3 months. I would like my money back please
