I go to dis-chem to do my monthly shoping and every month i spend around R1500 to R2000 in their store, and on sunday 02/06/2013 i went and did my shopping as normaly only this time i checked my slip and noticed that there was a charge of R160 for TIPS AND GEL FULL SET 2 GIFT VOUCHER which firstly i didnt buy and secondly i wasnt even awear that dischem had a salon on thier premiss. i than go to customer service and get told i did buy the voucher, when i showed them that i didnt even have the voucher silp the next reason came up was that one of my other products had put through the wrong product to which i told them that i had checked my whole list and every product was on it.
they then told me that i would get a credit on my account for the money, which uptill today hasnt come through what make me so mad is how many other times has this happend to me and i didnt notice it and how many other customers is this happening to.
i had to leave the shop with out my money and with any answers the manager was no help he brushed it of and the only thing her kept saying was he had to check the camera his name was Nathi i will never shop there again.
