Donna Claire is my clothing store of choice but I don't often go in. I buy a lot of clothes at once & then don't visit the store for quite some time. On every occasion however I'm sure to be greeted warmly by Jackie, who's name I only came to know this eve when shopping there. Besides being courteous, helpful and friendly I was quite taken a back this eve when she wished me, my husband and two daughters a blessed Christmas even though I was only there with my youngest daughter & haven't been in for some time. She chatted to her while I was busy looking for what I wanted & gave her some sound advice about cherishing her dad sister & me. What was remarkable is that I very seldom visit the store with my whole family maby once or twice ever & yet she remembered the members of my family & directed my older daughter to the change rooms to find me when she joined us later. She knows her customers & makes us feel very special. A pleasure to shop at this store. even though she's busy straightening up the rails that are always neat & pleasure to look through and busy with her various duties, she's never too busy to offer a hand, advice or friendly smile.
