Good Day,
I purchased a few items online and later realised that it will not be delivered in time for Christmas, I then contacted the call centre and spoke to Palesa Reaname who has told me that she contact their finance department and have the monies refunded to me. I then gave her the necessary information i.e. banking details and a week later, there's still no refund. I've emailed her directly and tried calling the call centre but no luck and no answer. I just want to be kept up to date and have my monies refunded asap.
