I made an online order from this website more than 6 months ago, and been trying to get my money back ever since? Only half of my initial ordered items arrived, and I asked for a refund on items not delivered. Until now, after dozens of emails and numerous promises from supplier that I will be refunded, I have not received a cent.
This is - taking money for service not delivered and the matter was dealt with very unprofessionaly. Emails were ignored and false statements were given by promising money to be refunded, but has not been done in all this time. Amount to be refunded - R755
