Dirty Curtains

I bought (22122013) 2 sheer curtains and 2 unlined curtains at sheet street cape gate mall... the colour of the curtains is white and cream... they are both dirty and have marks all over... taking them back and complaining to the cashiers will be a waste of my time as they do not deal with packaging... their quality control should really look into this
