Non-delivery of parcel

On 24/11 I made a purchase from the Christmas list. It has not been delivered. Summary: 7/12 - Sent email requesting confirmation that all was in order for delivery, got affirmative email back. 10/12 - Received Groupon email advising my purchase would be delivered no later than 20/12. No parcel by 20/12 so emailed Groupon who replied that they were having tracking problems, but no info about the parcel. 21/12 again asked for delivery date. 23/12 again asked. 24/12 received a response implying that the parcel was not yet due to be shipped because shipping was to occur 3-4 weeks after redemption (3/12). However, item was on the Christmas list and should have been delivered by Christmas. 28/12 again emailed and got response that the matter would be escalated. 01/01 January I email again, 02/01 received email requesting confirmation still not received the parcel.
