My name is voltacia and I have an account with home choice! my account was behind with 3 months arrears.this month of december I managed to close two months arrears on the 16-12-2013! so the rest I will see it january or month end! but now am receiving embarrasing calls every single hour.from stupied agent who did not receive a decesent proper customer servise.they are speaking to me any how and they don't respect job as they founing me on juty. I paid for december and I tried to bring my account uptodate.why are they irritating me with their stupied calls? they want me to loose my job? Help me please!!!
