On the 21/12/2013 my mom went into foschini tygervalley store to purchase Chanel chance eau de parfum 100ml and the sales assistant gift wrapped for her but when I open it was Chanel eau de toilette. Which was not what i use at all.
I only saw when I opened the packaging that the item was incorrect. Chanel perfume is not an item that affordable to everyone and is aligned for a certain market segment. When I purchase an international brand I expect international service from the consultant and also providing the right product as she will have the correct product knowledge. My mom normally buys me the eau de perfume.
This really put a dampen on my Christmas as I received the wrong item due to the error by the consultant.
Please ensure this matter is dealt with swiftly and replace immediately.
