I took my fiance for dress fittings on the 7th of September and she was promised many things including a 10 % discount if taking the one and only card. From then the bad service started. We came to pay the dress on the 13th September and were told by the ASSISTANT MANAGER that we cannot get the discount because the system refused to accept the discount not only that the staff were arguing in front of us I personally think that this is disgusting service received from bride&co canal walk and in a whole because why have a promotion and not be able to honour it if it was up to me id refuse service from them brides to be, be warned.
