I'm very disgusted to the way the staff @ vangate mall Mr Price treated me. I bought a few items @ canal walk didn't fit them on because the shop was too full. When I got home I fit them on and it was too small. I lost the slip and wanted to return the items so I decided to come to vangate mall on my way home from work. The girl said the value is too high can't I take it back to canal walk. So I said its fine they shouldn't bother I will return the items @ another store. I don't see why they should have a problem cause I did back in the day buy something @ mr price wesgate mall and then returned it @ promenade mall and they didn't have a problem. The stuff would have come too R400. I don't have an account with you guys and I mainly shop online due to the customer service I get in store. If this is the way they want to treat me I will not support Mr Price anymore. The girl that assisted was very slobbish dressed, pants was hanging and she acted like she was in charge of the shop. Anyway so I told her I exchange stuff by different shops so she said all mr price stores are not the same. I don't get that cause its a chain store.
