Went to CUM books this past Saturday, 30 November because they have been advertising the 25% discount for weeks prior to it. When we got to CUM, my wife noticed that all the 25% posters were removed, and when I went to pay for my book, it was all of a sudden only 10% discount. I wasn't the only customer having the issue as virtually every customer was given some kind of vague "didn't you get your e-mail" and "take it or leave it" attitude. Had a similar attitude at CUM in Bloemfontein. I have been shopping for years at CUM, being a pastor, but will certainly order all of my books in future from the net and not support CUM from the pulpit anymore.
