Bought this Madrid 7 piece Dinette set for cash, only to find that it was damaged (Had scratches) when i went to pick it, i showed the Manager and told her that i cant take it and that she must change the chairs, she tried to find the chairs frm other stores but to no avail, so i told her to refund me so i can go buy smewhere else, that was on the 12th Dec 2013, till today i am stil waiting, Angy always tell me that there is nothing she can do and that she cant refund as she does not have cash in store and that i should wait untl someone comes and pay on Friday i waited the whole day but no customer came, she told me that i should give her my account no and that she will cdeposit the money till today im still waiting, Angy's attitude stinks as she does not know what customers service is and how to handle customers, she doesnt even care about calling me to let me know how far she is with the query, i alwsy hav to call her and she doesnt even know how to apologise on behalf of the company for the incoveniece caused, all she could say was go ahead and report us there is nothng we can do to help you s customers are not coming in to pay and i refuse to belive that, give me my money
