We had Shade Masters out to quote us on a carport. Details were discussed and they asked us to move the security light above the garage door so the shade net could go under it and not over. We moved the light and they came out a couple of weeks later to install the shade carport. We paid full in cash upon completion. That night when the security light came on it burnt two holes in the net. We have had to switch it off and can't use it at all. The net was not installed like it should have been. We contacted them the very next day and they admitted their mistake and promised to come and replace the net that very same week. It was installed on 19 August 2013. They are still promising to come and fix it every week.
