This is following a complaint that was logged on around the 6th december 2013... much time has passed since I complained about the service my partner received. The guy 4rm edgars assured he will follow up as the incident happened @ their store and never returned the call as promised. This is very disappointing management of edgars ur useless and good 4 nothing. They have no process and honestly do not care about their customer. I WANT THIS FIXED LIKE IT WAS THE 7th DECEMBER...
