I was the unfortunate victim who was caught by Coombe & Incs' unethical practices. I was called to the reception of my building under the pretence that a parcel had been delivered to me. The so called delivery guy asked me to sign "delivery notes". I signed, he handed me some papers and left without giving me a chance to question to him. What I found in my hands was an AOD, A Consent to Judgement & a voluntary Emoluments Attachment Order from Coombe & . I took the docs to my attorney, he wrote to them without receiving a response for 7 months. I then had a Garnishee placed on my salary. My attorney lodged a claim in court and had the judgement overturned and Coombe & Inc were to refund the amount of R6300. I have sent the docs from court to Mr Aukett & his secretary in 30/11/12, he forwarded it to Mr Mulder on 13/12/12. I have been in contact with the company for 3 months now. Their phone lines are either busy or when they are answered, nobody but Mr Mulder can assist and he is never available. I have left messages and sent him emails which he never responds to.
How about some constructive feedback not the pass the buck response. When will I receive my money.
