Placed order on 10 December. Order number 10649754813
Selected Economy Courier that should have taken 3-5 days.
No Delivery until 20 December. Call Center kept passing the buck; saying it's the couriers fault I'm not receiving my order.
Logged Request #53155 but it was closed without any feedback provided to me. Every attempt to follow up or get update from call center always ends with them promising to call me back which they seldom do.
Finally received delivery on 14 January, but the furniture could not be assembled fully because there were missing screws in the package. Call center doesn't give definitive response of what should happen.
I am now stuck with a half assembled piece of furniture which I paid R4000 for.
Worst service ever. :-(
