I ordered Max Richter's The Blue Notebooks and paid a depositon 17 June 2013. When I've called (irritated that I have to call, they haven't bothered) it is the same story of excuses and no definite ETA. I was originally told it would take around 3 months as its an international import. Its been more than 6 months.
When I've called they say oh sorry it is late because it is an international import - but this was clear from the start. Look and Listen used to be great at stocking and getting hold of good and quality music with great service. But it seems it has become just another chain store of gimmicks, main-stream flim-flam and clue-less incompetence. Sad.
