Today is 04-09-2013. As of yet i still have not received any feed back from the store in Kempton Park. Below is the shortened details of my complaint raised and the response i received from Customer care.
I bought pkt of red apples from food lovers market store in Glen Marais. (27-08-2013). Once I had returned home and unpacked the apples I had bought I was surprised to find that some of the apples were rotten.
I called the store at 16H37 and spoke to a lady who informed me that the manager was on the floor and unavailable at the time. I explained the situation and left my contact details. I then tried phoning the Fruit and Veg customer care line 4 times. NO ANSWER
It is now 28-08-2013 12H05 and I have had no response. For a company that is commited to freshness etc. I think that not only is your fruit rotten but your service too!!!

I Received a mail from Customer Liaison Officer, Devon Currie, apologising for the inconvenience. He assured me that my concerns would be raised with the regional and the store managers and that they would be in contact with me. As mentioned in the beginning of this letter nobody has done so yet.
I will not be supporting FNV.
