Words cannot describe how I feel after being threatened and disrespected by a shop assistant at Shell Garage today, 29/06/2013 around 11H16. I walked in happily and after looking at a sandwich and realising I do not want to buy it, I placed it back where I got it. As I walked away, a lady named Sbongile rudely asked me to head back to the fridge and "properly" place the sandwich. I got a little upset but slowly pushed the sandwich back. To my surprise, this shop assistant got very angry and started screaming at me from across the floor. She expressed how I annoyed her and that she will kick and beat me up. No one dared to calm her down. I was humiliated in front of my partner. I am angry and want this woman to be dealt with.
