I went into the store today to buy a Tablet on Contract. I have been a Vodacom client for 20 years but as my new barcoded ID Doc reflected the new number given when it was issued (last two digits) I was told that I had to go to the Police Station to get an affidavit to verify that this was the case. It is well known that the numbers changed but she was absolutely not interested. Shrugged her shoulders and waddled off to her hideaway in the back of the store. Last time I go there. I feel sorry for the staff who bend over backwards to help customers when they have someone like that as a manageress. Attitude. I will try the Hemingways store tomorrow - hopefully it will be a more positive experience.By the way - the 15 PC's I was going to purchase in the new year will go to a company who understands the meaning of customer service.
