ZANDO Service Delivery Terrible - No communication

I've heard quite a fair number of people talk about Zando, and upon browsing their website was quite happy with their selection of merchandise. I read the T&C's and it seemed to be quite reputable. I'm going for the Kanye West concert tomorrow (dress code 'White'), and decided to buy a white dress online for the concert. The online purchasing process was as per normal and went quite well. I was happy with the process, and made sure I would receive the garment in time for the concert (4 to 5 working days from logging the request). I did not receive any tracking mail, and was supposed to receive the purchase yesterday. I called the call centre and explained the problem. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and assured me she'd call me back before the end of day yesterday to let me know what her investigation resulted. I am still waiting for a call, and delivery of my dress which is past the promised delivery date! This now leaves me in a situation where I dont have an outfit for my event tomorrow, and a bad taste w.r.t. the entire shopping experience. I'd seen quite a few other items I wanted to purchase though with this terrible experience I'm quite sure I wont.
