Good Day
Purchase two pair of shoes on the 24 of July till to date i have not receive any feedback, so yesterday on the 29 July decided to make a follow up to get update only to be advised that its not responsible to update me of the status but the courier. but what i don't understand i bought shoes from Zando not courier why would a person tell me such nonsense and still not give a clear update of when should i receive my shoes.its a first time purchasing shoes at Zando and ts truly a bad service.
