To whom it may concern,
Firstly on the 29th of November, I placed and order for a watch on your website. 5 days later, I got a sms asking me for payment, after the payment had already gone off on the 29th. I then faxed through the payment and was told it would take 5 days to receive the proof. Then I called to inquire if you had received the proof and when I can expect delivery, I was told that the order will be delivered before the 16th. Yesterday was the 16th and I still do not have my order. I then called again last week and asked once again when i can expect delivery, I was then told that the stock had only come in on Monday and is being dispatched but I will have to wait 10-15 working days for delivery.
I then call this morning just to check on the order and get told that it is being prepped for delivery but will now take 7-10 working days to deliver, maybe longer.
I find this service utterly pathetic and I work in retail, we courier items to customers on a regular basis and in no way does it take a month to have something that doesn't even weigh a kg to be delivered. This was a birthday gift, but we have missed that deadline, so I had to spend more money! how dare you!
