I called in, to cancel a product under my insurance at 1st for women because I felt that I wasn't using it much and therefore was a waste of money.
Without any hesitation, they put me through to Mr Sader who assisted me in a very professional and friendly manner.
He discussed the cover with me and assessed the problem I had with it, gave me some valuable information and offered me the option of a benefit other than cancelling, which turned out to be greatly in my favour. He did so in a very professional and courteous manner, I didn't feel pressured into not cancelling.
Thank you so much for the road-side assistance that i offered with the cover at 1st for women, its really amazing that they keep you updated as you wait for the tow-truck and they even send someone out to you to wait with you if you are unsafe!
