Complained a few weeks ago and should have known better than to deal with Kalahari again.
Just spoke to a manager (Nolan) regarding a 24 hr delivery package I placed on Monday. It was not delivered today. When asked Nolan why, he said that it was 24 hr to get to the couriers and not to me.
My 24hr parcel was on economy from CPT to JHG and would only arrive on Friday.
What a farce. When I asked to cancel the order he said that I would need to wait till Friday once it arrives in JHB and then cancel it.
Kerri or who ever else looks at this website. I want my refund now and refuse to wait till Friday for you to start processing. I will be contacting the CPA
