Use Kalahari if you want to disappoint loved ones, look like an when you cannot give them their gift:
-Christmas present got delivered damaged. We asked for refund, placed another order-a month later-not yet received the refund or new DVD.
-I ordered a book. Said within 7 days delivery but today got an email saying they having trouble sourcing the item, it will not be delivered on time. I called, got told they can't tell me when it will be delivered or help me in any way. Why did they wait till 2 days before latest delivery date before notifying me-leaving me no time to cancel, get another birthday gift? I asked if could switch the book with one they could guarantee they had in stock and deliver by Friday-again they refused to accommodate me or make a plan for their mess up. If their website claims they can deliver the goods in a certain amount of time I expect delivery in that time not a generic system generated email telling me there is a problem. Still waiting on 5min call back from manager, doubt i will get it at all-just like everything-still waiting-you don't deliver!
